    Chef Everett and his pastry team have brought the best baked goods, sweet treats and more from his popular restaurants, Blue Talon Bistro, La Piazza & Dog Street Pub to this quaint little bakery centrally located between them.

  • HEATHER DEFREITAS, PASTRY CHEF

    Heather trained to make pastries under Chef Marcel DeSaulniers and has been making fantastic desserts in the same kitchen for more than 17 years.

    She has gone from making endless “Death by Chocolate” cakes in those days to fully stocking the pastry counters of the Blackbird Bakery and making the amazing desserts for La Piazza.
